Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing Support
We provide accessible, culturally informed mental health and wellbeing support for individuals and families experiencing stress, trauma, isolation, and social exclusion.
What we offer:
- Community-based mental health and wellbeing support
- Trauma-informed emotional support and counselling referrals
- Peer support, group wellbeing sessions, and healing spaces
- Mental health awareness, psychoeducation, and stigma reduction
- Crisis support, advocacy, and signposting to NHS and voluntary services
- Preventative wellbeing activities, including walking groups and community programmes
Our approach:
Our mental health support recognises the impact of racism, migration stress, poverty, safeguarding involvement, domestic abuse, and housing insecurity on emotional wellbeing. We work in ways that are non-judgmental, strengths-based, and culturally safe.
