Young People Capacity Building

Empowering Young People for a Better Future

BAME HUB-UK Network C.I.C. supports young people across the UK to build confidence, develop practical skills, improve wellbeing, and access education, employment, volunteering and leadership opportunities.

Our Young People Capacity Building Programme is designed for young people aged 11–25, particularly those from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities, who want to grow, make positive choices, and build brighter futures.

About the Programme

Growing up today can be challenging. Many young people face pressure linked to education, employment, mental health, social media, peer influence, crime, exploitation, discrimination and lack of opportunity.

Our programme provides a safe, inclusive and supportive space where young people can learn, develop, and receive guidance from positive role models. Through workshops, mentoring, training and community activities, we help young people gain the confidence, knowledge and practical tools they need to succeed.
